training and competence, and sales processes in way that
works for them
•Developing systems and training to enable people to acquire,
develop and more importantly apply competence. |

Recent examples include the design of a complete general insurance
training and competence programme for a major regional bank and
the design of a programme for pension transfer specialists to enable
them to develop their skills beyond technical ability to the benefit of
themselves and the unit.
